This is one of the best healthcare services I have ever been to. Very professional and helpful staff. The doctors are great, they listen and truly care about you. I really want to thank them for such excellent service and care. They really do care. They saved my life.

Cook County clinic's have over a boat load of patients that doctors see on a regular basis so, if you are a walk first you have to fill out the necessary paperwork secondly, you will then get a appointment. Getting a appointment may be one or two months due to the over load of patients. As far as insurance goes, it's not a free clinic; if you don't have any insurance Cook County clinics and or hospitals will help you get medical insurance. If you feel you need urgent care, go straight to the ER.
The lab is open M-W 8am-3pm; Thursday 12:30-3pm, Fri 7am-2pm.
You have to be a patient with insurance to see a doctor.

I think they don't accept HMO insurance, but you can call to confirm. They do accept PPO insurance.

No you do not. They have financial counselors that can get you enrolled in an Insurance plan based on your eligibility. However, if you dont have insurance you can still be seen under the charity link.
Yes, I'm sure you can keep your same PCP! Yes I'm sure you can go to the same location. To be sure, give them a call!
