Was able to be seen the same day. There was no one else there but I was still seen 20 minutes after my appointment time. the care itself was routine and having had URI's before I knew what to expect. I was prescribed medication and was told it would be called into the local pharmacy in two hours. Five hours later the meds still hadn't been called in to the pharmacy so I called the clinic and they said they would fix it. Three days later the meds still haven't been called into the pharmacy, I'm miserable, and my symptoms are 10 times worse. Next time I'll go to the urgent care anyplace else.

Do not go here. It will be faster for you to drive to Walla Walla, La Grande, Hermiston, Tri-cities, or Portland. Also it is not an urgent care clinic as there name states. It is instead a walk in clinic, so will not take or accept our insurance because they are not an urgent care clinic. We saw the other one star reviews and thought that it could not be that bad. We were wrong. Do not come here. We checked in at 1:55pm. We were told that there were only 4 people ahead of us and 2 Doctors working so it should not be that long of a wait... Over 4 hours later we still have not been seen and multiple people have simply left the waiting room after being fed up from not being seen. I hope that we can be seen before they close at 7 oclock... I repeat do not come hear under any circumstance!

Most insane hospital ever. For a town this size they should have more than one doctor for the walk in clinic, I waited 4 hours and finally just walked out and went to Walla walla. I also went in a year ago for a miscarriage and was put in the bathroom with auto flush toilets.. .. No catch hat was offered. And my baby was flushed. The only good thing about this place is the cafeteria and Dr. Ward.
