Hi there! That's a great question. Currently we would ask our customers to bring in the old computer as well as the new computer so we can transfer everything in house. Our process is very thorough and therefore can take a bit of time to complete. We do also offer on site services at a hourly rate. Please give us a call for additional details.

Hi there! Typical costs involved with replacing a charging port on a laptop runs in the neighborhood of $99. There would be additional costs involved to fix the issue with Sims but we would bundle everything together into one fair price. Yes he will do a diagnostic test and tell you what is wrong. Then you can decide if you want him to fix it or not.

Typically we do not repair printers as the cost involved typically outvalues the printer. Most of the time it's cheaper to replace rather than repair.

That being said, since it keeps getting stuck then most likely there is another underlying issue that needs to be identified and resolved first. Bring it down and we'll be happy to take a look at it
