Yes Eileen. They do and reasonable too.. May not be a sw. There are a couple of other things that can go wrong. Have them check it out . I'm only a customer but i have never been disappointed
House of Vacuums is A #1 in my book. Very honest. Very knowledgeable about almost a 100% of ALL vacs and floor cleaning equipment. Trust them completely....
