Yes Eileen. They do and reasonable too.. May not be a sw. There are a couple of other things that can go wrong. Have them check it out . I'm only a customer but i have never been disappointed
House of vacuums is limited on Hyla parts. We can try. Sometimes we can fix them without needing new parts.
