Really agitated with this place the caseworkers mostly…. I’ve had multiple issues with the case management I was assigned over the years I’ve used this place for my service. Nothing ever seems to get done I had Medicade and somehow I owe thousands for all my tests . All my lab work is done through quest and I was never informed apo was sending my labs to quest and that I’d get charged for it…. That Ryan white program is supposed to cover all coasts with medical stuff when the case management does their job right. I have multiple bills from apo clinic showing as past due on my credit report and no one will fix it , nor do they seem too concerned about my issues. The case worker never comes to see me and barley ever helps with my serious needs.. I’ve made a complaint and never got a response back . I was also told I can’t fire a caseworker and that it must be my mental health…. The clinic is also very mediocre….. Dr Steven Adam’s put me on medication, it made me super sick and I stopped it after a few days. He couldn’t even recall the name of my medication he put me on or how long I had been on it either. I am 100 percent undetectable without medication for over 4 years now ….. so the need for medication is not present… I wish we had a better program in place for people like me. I’m sure I’m not the only person that have had a long list of problems with AIDS projects of the other…. I personally am going to see how to get moved out of this area for better opportunities with my health providers and case management both. Will be contacting the Ryan white program directly too. The case manager won't remember your name dispite your info being on the computer. Will even text an call you by another name. The doctor won't increase your medical marijuana limit at all. Why even priscibe it in the first place of your just Gunna let your patient run out? Pretty rude to argue with a patient about why they don't need more medicine

Would NOT recommend this place for anyone straight and/or with a history of using. Got dropped by my provider "Due to controlled substance seeking behaviors," for a refill request of a prescribed medication. My toxicology has been clean and there's nothing like the good old once a junkie, always a junkie treatment. This is on top of a lesion requiring surgical removal that has only grown and worsened, due to failure to provide adequate examination and treatment. I guess for being "normal" or "different," that that's how I was going to be treated. I fully intend to make all of this publicly known and would not recommend this place to anyone, for any real medical needs. It's more like a club house and you have to fit in, to get in... Discrimination on multiple levels to say the least.

Yes we do. Please give us a call and we will be more than happy to help.
A little but not much. Regular hours and 2 locations to choose 1 is by appt one is walk in . I'd def give them a call .
Free testing hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am-12. And then from 1pm -3. This is at the Glenstone location. There is a testing sight downtown off the square that does testing on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30pm-10pm.
