Riverside is always pleasant, helpful, curious and knowledgeable. Best vet clinic I have ever had the pleasure to have care for my animals. I have been their client for 21 years.

A year ago they botched the growth removal surgery on my dog. The wound was still partially opened and the dressing on it wasn't put on well. It led to 2 months of treating an infected wound. The sutures ended up needing redone by Oregon Trail Vet in Hermiston (5 stars btw!) and they took over her care from there. HOWEVER, this place did not even remove the growth completely and did not communicate that. My dog had to be put to sleep a year later from cancer that had spread from the growth, and the growth was too big to safely operate on by the time she was well enough for it. Now for the recent problems: Last week or so I had requested my cat's medical records to be faxed or emailed to to other vet, the receptionist told me it would be done. Upon going to her vet appointment today I was told Riverside did not follow through. Oregon Trail Vet had called them earlier in the week for the records and someone from Riverside stated "I'll get to it when I get the time." Guess we'll see if they'll physically release the records to my family before I move!!

Took my dog in and was quoted $250-$560 to get her fixed up. They diagnosed the problem and got her back the same day to me and the bill was only $120. That is a very honest doctor. Appreciate getting my dog better and the honest price. Good people.

After a bad experience with a prior vet, I was very anxious about taking my adopted cat to the vet when I suspected she had a UTI. Everyone here made me feel very welcomed and more comfortable with leaving her there. They were very fast and affordable and did not do any unnecessary tests to rack up my bill. They even were willing to show me how to administer the medication before I left. Everyone is very friendly and I highly recommend them. Thank you for making a difficult time easier, I'm so happy to have been recommended this vet.

I'd say no, because if they need to give her anathesia , it could make her very nauseous.
