This hotel was very disappointing. The entrance and the pool area is very nice. The room we had was cramped and the bathroom was exceptionally small. The beds and pillows were terrible quality and uncomfortable. It definitely wasn’t worth the money we paid. The one good thing, however, was the man at the front desk was great and provided excellent customer service.

Great staff at all points of contact. Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Pool and hot tub are clean and fun, appropriate temperatures . Work out room was not great, only dated cardio machines. I wish there had been some weights.

I love this place. Always clean nice rooms. This time we stayed in the Presidential Suite. It was great. Has a dining room table. Couch, comfortable oversized chair, desk, two bathrooms a must for the wife and a separate bedroom with king sized bed that has a two person soaker tub in it. They also have a great breakfast real real deal food non of that fake food you find elsewhere. We stay here on our way to the Oregon coast. They also offer a shuttle ride to events or restaurants downtown in case you want to go out for dinner and drinks This is a must do place to stay one of my favorites PS, I love the lemongrass sage shampoo they provide here

5 stars for the service and food in the restaurant/bistro. The staff were friendly and the food was fabulous. The breakfast was hot and good. The coffee in the room was better than any I've had in a hotel. The room was a disappointment. The carpet was shredded where it met the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was dirty. The inside bathroom door had dark contact paper on it; the paper was scraped and we could see the light-colored door under the paper. We were surprised because 6 months ago, we stayed here and were given one of the new rooms (they were refurbishing their rooms then). This room certainly wasn't refurbished. The woman at the desk was curt. And she said she was the supervisor! Yes, we will go back. But we'll be more discerning about our room.
