I have now setup 2 different appointments to see a doctor for care through their North Shore Connect website. Both times my appointment has been cancelled due to overscheduling. This a 100% cancellation rate. I'm not even sure how this happens based on the time slots they show available. If you are in need of medical care, I would suggest seeking it elsewhere. If the hospital can't even schedule properly...how could they provide decent healthcare.

Felt like I was dying and the ambulance brought me here. The nurses and doctors were extremely rude and condescending. They didn't even bother explaining what was wrong with me. Instead they essentially kicked me to the curb and said to go see my primary physician. Don't come here if you want to live.
