Don't come here if you care about your mental health and aren't staunchly Christian. It's one of the only sliding scale clinics near me but I will not be coming back. I thought it would be fine, like any other medical appt, but it was one of the most uncomfortable appointments in my life. I don't need a doctor telling me I'm going to hell if I continure to have suicidal thoughts. I don't need a doctor bringing up Jesus while talking about my treatment. No one even asked if I was comfortable with this. That's probably the most Christian thing about this facility. I cannot trust medical professionals that care more about indoctrinating than actually helping their patients. I will not be going back.

Barely answer the phone, and they had me on hold for 30 mins kept switching me over just for someone to hang up on me . I had to start all over , then they didn’t wanna take the appointment told me to call back another time

They had me on hold for 20 minutes basically until they closed all I wanted was to make an appointment

For those with little to no health insurance, this place is probably one of the few health centers that can treat you at a reasonable cost. I've had in-laws who've gotten treated here when it would've been hundreds or thousands of dollars more to go to the Cook County ER.
