It isn't free but make sure you get the card to get the flat rate of $5 or $8 depending on the medical service you are getting. Just ask wherever you check in for the extra parking card to reduce your rate
Yes there is on street parking around the buildings a long with a large parking structure. There is valet parking at all the buildings i have been to. In addition there is a free bus that takes you to the different buildings and or to the different residents facilities. So i would say your parking needs are satisfied
Yes there is a parking structure on Harrison, west of Ashland. It isn't free, though.
