Why does the SSA never answer the phone? I’ve been on hold for legit hours for months trying to get ahold of them and they never answer. They have horrible service cause I’ll call all hours of the day and not get any answers.

Hi I read in ssa account in twitter their telephone system is being upgraded but maybe this help they are accepting walk-in visits since last April 7,22 only challenge is to be onsite around 4 am

Happens to everyone. However they are open for walk-in during this week. You should give it a try.
