I know they have an orthopedic specialist for dogs. My sister had to have surgery and do physical therapy with her dog. And my dog had to go through like a fitness test before they would remove her leg with cancer. So I am definite that they will be able to help you. They are great so don't hesitate to take your dog there. I would do it again, but hope I won't have to. I should have went there to begin with and could have saved a lot of money.
