UPDATE: There isn't a "special area" for dogs to relieve themselves. They direct you to a "mulched" area, which is attached to a parking lot, that is clearly marked to keep your dogs off. The closest "bathroom" is 10 minutes away. There is Perk Plaza and also Cleveland Public Square, which is where we ended up going. Not super convenient in the middle of the night.
We did not bring our dogs this trip, but we saw plenty of dogs around. We did not notice a dedicated relief area, but we were right on the street.
