Yes, but it gets steep in places.

Dutch and Anthony, I was there yesterday morning. It is beautiful and clean. I was sad because the purpose of me going there was to walk up to the watch tower. I could not find it but I did ask someone about and she said the tower is on the other side of the mountain.

Aside from a couple downed trees (not too in-the-way) that were there last time I hiked in August, the trails are clear and clean. If there's any garbage on trails, it'd be because inconsiderate people littered very recently and it just hasn't been picked up yet. So overall yes, the trails are clean and clear.

I was there earlier this year and I walked the trail along the falls and found it very clean. The trail is steep on the return trip but it is doable. My husband has back issues and I have a heart condition and it didn't cause either of us issues, even on a blistering hot day. We didn't walk to the clock tower but were told that it is a relatively easy walk to and from the tower.
