Hi, What does the association by-laws state for 55+. Husband and wife are bot over, but have a son who would live with them. do you know if that would be allowed?

There is not, all units are privately owned and as such all rentals are dealt with by owners of each individual property. You can check with heritage village realty to see if they have a list of owners with contact information.
