I was 10 minutes late due to traffic on highway and main road , and they couldn’t do my scheduled treatment . She said it wasn’t enough time , I’ve waited more than 10 minutes for them before . I work with patients all day too so I understand but where is the customer service here . I dined a lot of money here , I have money banked on a skin care program that I’ve signed up for that it seems I can never use . I’m so upset and totally disappointed in this professional business . Customer service means a lot , I can not control 5 pm traffic and rushed to get there on time . Did not expect it , she did offer to do half my service but I was seeing red , had to leave . I live 40 min away and work 20 min , what a waste of both our time . No more recommendations from me , totally left a sour taste in my mouth .

If I could put zero stars I would.. i had 9 Brazilian laser hair removal sessions at Grace, (with a couple of different providers) and I have zero result at all. I've previously had laser elsewhere and it worked beautifully. My skin color is light, and hair color is dark. I don't take any hormones or medications that would alter an effect. I asked the billing department and even the manager if they would please issue a partial credit, but the flat out refused. I've spent 9 months coming in, spending money, with NOT A SINGLE HAIR LOST. I asked for a credit several times and they would not honor anything. The crazy part is my best friend went for the same service, had the same amount of sessions and she also has ZERO result. Don't waste your money here.
