Understaffed, unorganized and always TONS of excuses. This facility needs to get it together.

My aunt was in this place a few weeks ago she was there for a month she almost die in that place She didn’t eat the food is terrible service is worst they’re short of staff they can’t take care of patients like is supposed to if you hate somebody bring them to this place.

Try to talk to someone, anyone, in the care staff after 6:00p.m.! Put on hold, transferred to nobody, back to main number and repeat about 7 times! It's like Romper room! Very unprofessional!

Went to The Lutheran Home after I had my left knee replacement surgery. Also had a problem with the saphenous nerve. Am a retired RN so I assure you that I know what I’m talking about. The PT & OT Departments are better than exceptional; they are extraordinary. Am not related to anyone who works there. This is a legitimate evaluation from a “real” patient.
