Even though it was too expensive for us to do the repair the gentleman that came was so courteous. I had alot of questions because things like this fascinate me and he answered my questions. He wore a mask when I asked because I have a newborn. Just overall a great experience. Still don't have a washer or a dryer but the service was excellent. However the person on the phone quoted us a MUCH LOWER price so that was very disappointing. If I knew it would cost 3 times the amount they quoted I would have probably not had the service person come out.

Not sure why the labor charges were over 300 $. Total repair time was less than one hour.

The ice maker does not work after the service man completed his work. I called the following day & was told a new part would arrive in 7 days & that I should install the part myself. The ice maker would not continue to be under warranty if I installed the part and this is total unacceptable to me. Very poor customer service. I will call again when the part arrives to have a service person install the required part so that the warranty will continue on the product.
