Wrong. All wrong. I went into the methadone program from suboxone. You can take methadone immediately after taking suboxone. No harm no foul. You can NOT take suboxone again after taking methadone tho.You will go into precipitated withdrawls, yes, its a real thing. Ive been thru it. Almost all sub doctors will require you be 10 days post last methadone dose to start you on sub because of the risk of precip withdrawal. Sub will rip all remaining opioids off of your opiate receptors because its binding capacity is much higher. It's designed that way. But when it replaces those strong opioids, like methadone, etc. Its like sticking a square peg in a round hole, thats why it doesnt get you high. The square peg is enough to give you relief when you're round holes are all at 0 when they're used to being at 100. It makes you sick if you're at 100 or even 75 and then that 100 is ripped away and replaced with 25. Methadone is a full opiate with a long half life. Do research.

Rockstar you do not get sick if you take opiates while having subs in your system , I’ve done it many times , you will only get sick if you take subs after you do opiates . I promise. I have been dealing with it for years .

Well since one of subs purpose is to throw you into withdrawal when you take other opiates & since mdone is an opiate, the chance of getting sick from going from subs to mdone vs mdone to subs probably runs about the same.Ive actually been able to take other opiates within 15hrs of taking a sub,so everyones body acts differently on meds. Its best to be withdrawing when you come in anyways and if the dr asks you how long its been since your last sub,I would at least reply with 24-48hrs.She may not dose you otherwise. However Ive been here for years so things may have changed slightly. You get takehomes much faster now & codes 2 & 3 have been deleted. So 7,6,5,4,1,T,M are the codes that exist. You move up 1 code level every 30 days too,as long as you're doing your part.Codes T & M require more time though.
