Well, let me start out by saying..I absolutely loved this place. I went on a gut instinct. And thank god I did. Because, believe it or not(it's up to you) I've been sober since I left this place. The people that work here are amazing. From the front desk clerk to the nurses to the counselors. I highly recommend anyone who truly wants to get clean and to stay clean to try this place out. I honestly owe this place my life. Thank you guys so very much. Because, you guys all loved me until I could honestly love myself again. We are "Walking Miracles.'

I absolutely loved this place. I went here in 2017. This place helped me find myself helped me gain the confidence that I needed to get out of addiction and claim my life back. I got my kids back. Yes u had a relapse for a cpl months but pulled myself out of that. I now have a career and not just a job, I have my kids, we've been in our home for almost 3yrs now. Yes I've had ups n downs but always pulled through it without turning back to drugs. I wanna say a big thank you to the staff yall are amazing.

This center I’m sure is amazing. We took a family member there Tues. it was a same day admittance. We dropped her and were told we could go. We were left with 2 young grandchildren and we are 76. We have called every day trying to find out anything so we would know what we must do for these children. No matter how many times we call, leave messages, talk to people and are promised a call back….we have received nothing. Not a word. Tomorrow we may call the police and ask them to do a welfare check just to find out what is going on!!

Hi, I am doing research for a friend and Next Door is on her list of insured facilities. After reading the copy & paste responses by the social media owner, I think that is irresponsible. I won’t recommend. #soberlivingart 488 Days & free.

30 days they stay and there came manager will help them to get in a sober living
There Godly and do care. Go let God use them to bless u.
7 days and visitation is on Sundays from 12:30 - 3:00pm. Only catch is whoever this visiting MUST be there at 12:30 or they won't be able to visit, but you do not have to stay until 3.
Yes. But if you need detox, it's bc you do not want to be getting high anymore. But if you stay just for the 7 day detox then you will more than likely use again. Stay the whole time. It's only 28-32 days and you will learn so much. I went to rehab 7 times and started using everytime until this place and yesterday I reached my 2 year mark.

It wouldn't be but a 7-10 day taper. Best of luck to you!!! This place saved my life! I wouldn't be 7 months sober without them!!!
Yes
They can help you get into a halfway house and you will have to go job hunting.
You have to contact her case manager there and make sure they approve a drop off. They are allowed 1 drop off only the entire stay. As long as ur mailing them within the state of Tennessee however, you're allowed 2 mail them to her at anytime!
They set up a schedule with your case worker. And it depends on your progress. Be ready to dig deep and work hard on yourself. You will not like the first week, but don't quit. It's the most amazing thing I've ever done for myself. If you smoke take enough for the stay, you won't be able to leave to purchase any. Good luck and best wishes
You can write to them at the local address and send packages
They have to get it approved by their case manager. I was from Knoxville and they let my husband bring me some things when he came to visit
Yes
All things besides clothes, shoes, and pictures must be brand-new. They provide you with an alarm clock but most ppl like music so I went to the dollar General and bought a brand-new clock radio. New shampoo & conditioner, facewash, any beauty products, most anything, BUT make sure the 1st 3 ingredients does not contain alcohol. Toothbrush, tooth paste, (No mouth wash), o enjoyed taking notebooks and pretty pens to use in class, but no sharpie products. I took a nice little back pack to carry my notebooks and bible. When you are shown your room for the 1st them there will be a bag on the bed with a next door labeled ink pen, a notebook, a water bottle, and a Jesus calling devotional. Man it's such an amazing place. I would recommend it to anyone.
No. It's Inpatient treatment for 10 to 30 days depending on the insurance you have.
I would also like to know the answer to this
Yes with a grant. Call them and they'll get you in if they can!!! Recovery is possible!!!
They help with rides but you'll need to call intake to see if there's a bed
No, family can drop off a care package and if your lucky you will run into them.

Not if that's what you're tryna get off of...they will taper you off the Suboxone with either a 6 or 10 day taper.

thenextdoor.org
Razors they might supply and yes you can bring a robe
Yes you can bring your own paper stamps we do provide stamps an envelopes. Sometimes we do run out so if you can bring your own stamps that would be great. And if you do not have any money they can be mailed.
I suggest calling the facility & asking. I've no idea
If they have phone time and want to call you... Mostly just family members or if your on there contact list
Not daily, but you can get your case manager to let you make a call in front of them.
You can call tomorrow and speak with her RA
Idk I'm not in admission but can you clarify your question so I can check for you
Anytime that they are not in class they can call you. There are 2 floors for residents and 4 halls on each floor. Each hall has a lounge with a fridge, tv, couch, table, microwave, and cubby holes to store snacks, and a house phone. Each hall has their own number. The calls are not monitored but they do suggest you keep it at a 15 min minimum so everyone on the hall can use it. You too are able to return their phone calls.
They take most insurance, but they also are amazing at getting ppl grants, especially if you are pregnant, or an IV user.
After they have been in treatment for 3 days they are allowed one ten minute phone call PER day. The sign up times are either 4:10pm-5:40 OR 7:10pm-10:00pm You aren't able to call them directly. Hope this is helpful.
Please call The Next Door directly as the clients have different phone times. God Bless
