I cracked my phone, and it was in terrible condition so the lady decides to charge me $400 for a new phone. After we proceed to pay, months later I cracked the phone and the lady fixed it perfectly. Than my ringer button was not working and she said the phone was refurbished and not new. We paid for a full new iphone xr and she said it was refurbished as we pay for a screen replacement. She took also an hour just to come back to sign some papers.

Install team for a washer dryer didn't even attempt to open my gate and knock on my front door. Left a we missed you sign on my gate. Now have to wait a week for another install, and a week without a washer dryer. Unbelievable how much you pay to have a team to not show up and attempt to just knock on the front door.

What a waist of two weeks with my phone. First I needed to set up an appointment two weeks in advance. Day before the appointment, I get a call. The geek squad employee asked me what the issue was. I explained and he said there is a 99% chance the phone would have to be replaced and that if they don’t have my phone in stock that they would have to ship out at which I said that was not an option. I further asked for the employee to check if they had my phone in stock, and he refused to go check his inventory. So now, I show up and they says sorry we don’t have your phone in stock and couldn’t help me. What a waist of time! Ver disappointed! Garbage!

I will separate this review into pluses and minuses On the plus side, the staff is polite and they make appointments and they are on time. My MacPro tower is very heavy and they brought it in from my car. They gave me a 100 %* refund since they couldn't fix it. On the minus side, I was referred to them by Apple. The Geek Squad staff member Jesse told me they have a contract with Apple but with restrictions. They can remove the case and run a diagnostic and back up data but they are not allowed to replace parts. That I respected. When the tech Jonathan told me Apple had (spy) cameras to make sure they didn't violate terms to risk cancelation, I didn't believe that. It sounded too far fetched. I believed that they called me several times but left no message. Finally when I picked it up I was advised to take it to a "Mom and Pop" shop.
