Finally an honest car salesman. Luis Dasneves called me about a used car I was interested in. He had to get it from another location, and called me when he got back. The actual car was there. The deal went smooth and fast (only took a couple hours). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salvatore Russo, from the financing, also helped made that process easy. I recommend that location for any car deals.

A really great dealership that makes you feel welcome, and gets you everything you need. Well maintained vehicles, friendly staff, and an overall stress free purchase. This is the second time we've purchased from them, and Andre really came through both times. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service and transparency, which was really appreciated after facing the lack of professionalism of dealers in the area that prioritize the "sell of the day" vs the customer needs. Roy was amazing supporting us during the whole process: showing the different models, explaining differences, helping to build different options and compare prices understanding the impact of any extra or change. With total transparency on any cost and honest feedback on everything we asked. Luis in finance was extremely helpful and made the process easy and relaxing. I don't comment normally, but after such gratifying experience felt AutoNation deserved 5 stars.

Very common here. I wish there was another Chrysler dealership nearby. Our 17 Pacifica is NOT what the previous Caravans used to be... No where near. Looking forward to something different in a couple of years
I have had the same issue and they claim customer service is their priority and they say that your call is very important, must not be when they won't answer

Looks like we are on the same boat. I’ve been calling for over a month to speak to the manager and nothing. I also called the corporate office everyday for 3 weeks and no response either. They are just as bad at the location. They had my Jeep for over 30 days then charged me $600 and turns out three days later after I picked it up car started with the same problems. Took to another mechanics and they NEVER fixed anything !! So almost two months without a car, charged $600, for nothing. And they don’t even have the decency to return my calls. Not even corporate !!!
Your car manual will tell how often you should rotate your tires 5k - 10k max AND have them balanced every other rotation if 5k rotation. On alignment YES, only if your tires are wearing unevenly on out/in side you need alignment. Sadly MANY service "advisers" are just salespeople instead of advisers.
