Totally professional! Clean! Communicate well and move with a sense of urgency to make sure all your needs are met! Definitely flexible with scheduling. The staff is outstanding! Which is rare nowadays!

Great staff and very efficient. We've always used a different urgent care provider and CareSpot is so much better! We came in for COVID-19 rapid tests and were able to get the test and results in about 30 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. We highly recommend them, great experience.

Amazing service! I was in and out In less than an hour. The staff was very helpful and the doctor was very friendly and answered all of my questions. By far the best walk in I have been too!

CareSpot was perfect for my rapid covid test that I needed for my cruise. It was so easy to sign in. The front office staff was welcoming. The office spotless. The actual test was quick and painless. Within 10 minutes I had my results (negative) and I was off to cruise the high seas.

I don't believe they have specialists at this location.
I totally agree .I went in for Hookworm..they did call me before hand to see if they could treat me .but I didn't get the call. They were nice enough to have a PA see me when I got there and ask me a few questions before being seen I am so sorry that happened to you. Although very crowded .I will continue going to Memorial ER walk in on Douglass
I don't think so
It can take up to 3 days for the results according to the sign I saw on the door, when I went there last week.
Call them and find out. If you have insurance, it should just be your copay. I paid just 10 dollars. Go to the Costco lot on biscayne. It is quick and free. You get the results in 2 to 5 days.
He has no insurance
Yes, they will be able to help but they will more than likely have you see your primary physician. You may want to look into filing for Medicaid so you can have medical insurance and see a primary doctor.
