It’s normally hit or miss at this location. However, the last three times has been hits. My experience was quite pleasant today. Today, I was greeted at the door. I even heard the same person who greeted me interacted with other people which was very pleasant. The cashier was also very helpful. (Helped with hair dye) Here’s what I will say : not to many company encourage customers to do surveys. However, in my opinion it shows an effort in growth. As a consumer I respect that after all we help pay for the lifestyles. P.S Keep your wigs on tight. Mines almost flew off the other day lol

Garleene gave me exceptional customer service today, I came into the store to return an item and I could not find my receipt she took more than five minutes to research and look it up on the register. Once she found it for me and I was able to exchange my item. She definitely went above and beyond for me today which is why I don’t mind continuously supporting Elegant Beauty Supply. They always have the most up-to-date products and the sales associates are always very knowledgeable and helpful I shop. I would definitely recommend Elegant Beauty Supply on Pines Boulevard to anyone looking for great hair products. They also have a wide variety of natural skin and health and beauty products too !!!!!

I love the products in the store however the customer service & politeness needs much improvement. Without asking, one of the employees gave me her uncalled for, rude & honest opinion about my hairstyle that I just received. There is a certain level of respect that needs to be understood & considered when assisting customers.

yes the store is magnificent I was going there for 4 years every two weeks I was there I love wigs I like to change colors and I'm Annex I went I went to Beauty School so I know how to put them on I make them look real natural and I will cut them myself after a long time going to the store I found out there was a woman in the back there was a hair stylist and she told me that instead of gluing it I could sew it on and she would do that for me she trying about $65 just to sell it on I later on she told me that I need it my hair to breathe because too many wigs was not good so she said she could give me human extensions and she was going to charge me $500 for everything braiding and massage and shampoo and dying my hair the extensions itself for very expensive she said there were superhuman that part I believe that was human hair we know about human hair I think everybody read what I said I was a terrible experience Beauty Elegance is a great place to buy everything you need
