One of the most significant challenges businesses must face is duplicating oneself in others. In other words, the challenge is to provide the same level of service at all times without considering who the provider is. In my opinion, The Floridian Ballrooms is one of the few entities that has achieved this level of service. The staff provides "peace of mind" to their customers. Lastly, professionalism, customer service, and care are always manifested in everything they do, and I'm looking forward to our next event. I'm very thankful for the front office, the manager, the master of ceremony, the photographer, and the staff who served us during our event. Thank you all for providing peace of mind.

We had my daughters quince in the Royal ballroom and everything was exceptional. The service was great during our event and Luis the manager and his team did a great job with taking care of everything and being so attentive. Monica and the office team helped greatly along the way with recommendations and help with putting it all together. Thank you for such a memorable time for my daughter and family. We truly enjoyed every second.

We recently celebrated our daughter's 15th at Floridian Ballrooms and it was a complete success at the Royal Ballroom!! It was a wonderful experience from beginning until the end of the event! Our guests loved the food, the great location, and the great décor! A big thank you to our awesome MC Frank Castellanos, he captured exactly how we wanted the ceremony (so talented), DJ Cruzito (A+), and their Operation Manager Luis (he was wonderful!! :)) Also a huge thank you to Cecy who was so kind and helpful from day 1. She is such an elegant and kind professional who understood all of our requests! My daughter and her friends were so happy and impressed with our world class event and ambiance! This was a great place for a Birthday party great prices everything included in the package except the flower centerpieces which we got from another vendor. The food was tasty and the service was great we got some with Ceci she is very nice and understanding they work with us thru covid times as well Pleased with the overall experience
