The Cortland Pines has the best office staff!! Me and my family were looking to find an apartment quickly. Stephanie was amazing and made sure we got approved and was such a pleasure to work with she is truly amazing. Mind you my husband called a week later and she still remembered us and took the time to make sure everything was going as planned for our move. Joseph is another staff e member who goes above and beyond when showing us the complex he answered all my questions and my kids questions made sure to give us all options. Both Stefanie and Joseph show a lot of care and not just trying to rent an apartment but are there to make you feel heard and like the Cortland is the best place. Now for the actual complex we toured twice and both times it’s very quiet, clean, and feels like a tucked away oasis from the busy life of pines. Cant wait for the fishing and tennis games!!

What a delight it is to work with and know that there is one person to rely on whenever one needs a response to an issue. Jazz is one of a kind and I truly appreciate her leadership and service. Then absolute worst customer service team that you imagine. The reviews are mostly fake or paid reviews.Please complete your due-diligence before moving in, m The community was gatehouse a year ago and was bough-out by cortland, They are extremely racist to brown and black people. In went to the office since the the team never picks up your call once you move in. The rent increased from 1500 to 2500 in a years time with no previous warning. You haven to go in person to beg for a maintenance worker every time because no one shows-up Please avoid at all cost !!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I been living here for 3 years. I loved all the amenities available. Joseph and Jazz were wonderful to work with. Made our time here very special. Anything we needed, they were on top of it. The maintenance team were wonderful and efficient. Very welcoming. Couldn't be happier in choosing to be here with them.
