I started seeing Dr Driesen in Sep '21. Started good 1st visit, then issues ever since. Wrong info on medical chart, trying to change prescriptions that were prescribed by other Dr's I see. Didn't follow up with Dr he referred me to, until I made it a concern. On first visit he noted a test that is a significant test that he ignored. When I brought to his attention he down played it, didn't categorize it as a Positive but stated elevated even test shows pos. And it only is a neg- pos test, mind you test can be related to serious problem. When I started to advocate forself, he called me combative and aggressive. But didn't mention how rude, dismisses his nurse was to me. About my records, missing info, wrong info.

I have long been a patient of TVC and I'm really disappointed. One of my kids went into the hospital unexpectedly, meaning I needed to reschedule their new pediatrician appointments. When I called, I was told they couldn't reschedule the appointments because that doctor was no longer accepting new patients and they would call me back within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and no call back. When I called back today, the person answering said they couldn't help with that situation and said I would need to select a new pediatrician. Horrible customer service!!

Charged me $500 for a COVID test you can get for free at Walgreens. This price was not advertised anywhere and I had no idea I’d be paying that much until the bill came.

I rarely have a good experience at urgent care here. Today the receptionist was playing on her phone while checking me in, the PA seemed to care less about my care, they ran out of needed medical supplies for my care, amd a Covid test was ordered without my knowledge and with a lack of symptoms. I'll be taking the drive to Salmon Creek from now on. If they aren't any better it'll be time to find another system. 2 stars for a decent nurse.
