Over the years I have seen much growth in the Apothecary, with Dr. Stansbury providing products that utilise her extensive knowledge of herbal formularies. She sells her medicinal teas and tinctures as well as many high-quality supplements. Recently she added on a solarium that houses a gift shop with botanical gifts and alpaca products from South America. I love being able to come to the Apothecary to find interesting gifts for my friends and family as well as get many supplements that I take on a regular basis!

What a magical Apothecary! Not only are there herbs and natural medicinal is all forms, teas, tinctures, capsules etc., but also beautiful scarves, jewelry, and live plants all housed in a sunny and bright greenhouse. When in Battle ground its a must to stop in.

Dr. Stansbury approaches health from many angles. Not only do I know her from her wonderful Apothecary that provides valuable health products to the community but she has also invited organic farmers like myself to sell fresh produce from her shop while hosting Yoga in her yard. As far as I'm concerned she has prevented many diseases in our community by promoting healthy living, which is a noteworthy feat for a doctor these days.

The affiliated medical clinic is quite strict with temperature checks and entrance limitations. The Apothecary has entered a slightly more relaxed phase where more than one person can enter while wearing a mask. The staff wears masks and the business is using enhanced cleaning protocols. The business also has installed high powered HEPA filters able to filter virus and micron sized particles for the air. Plus all the plants help keep even our indoor air fresh and oxygen-rich!
Hi Brendan, Yes, ABSOLUTELY 100% organic! All of our herbs, supplements, foods of course, and even our body products and essential oils are organic. While we do sell goat feta and chevre cheese here, all our vitamins and supplements are gluten, dairy, and allergen free. We work hard to search out the highest grade products available and many of our supplments are sold only through physicians due to their highly potent, concentrated and medical grade ingredients. Our teas, tinctures, encapsulations and herbal powders are either organically grown or ethically sourced and wildcrafted. We also teach classes in helping you learn to make your own medicines. grow your own organic herbs, and make your own chemical-free household cleansers and products. We also are aiming to limit the plastic that our business uses. We package our teas and dry herbs in biodegradable ziplocks, we are using glass instead of plastic wherever possible to avoid contamination of our herbs with plastic.
It IS confusing. Another business uses BG Healing Arts as their domain, but they are not affiliated with us. We are the Healing Arts Apothecary located on Main Street in Old Town Battle Ground, and we are affiliated with Battle Ground Healing Arts, now celebrating 30 years in business. Hi Lisa, This is confusing indeed!!! There IS another apothecary that uses our business name as their domain name, so some online searches makes their business sound like our business. They are not affiliated. We are still on Main Street where we have been for 30 years now. Battle Ground Healing Arts operates side by side with the Healing Arts Apothecary. Thanks so much for asking.
