Dr. Reyes is the best urologist, he treats the patient like a human being, he takes the time that is required to explain the options in front of a prostatectomy. I thank God for having put this valuable human being and professional expert on my path. The surgery that he performed on me was successful.

Dr. Reyes, is an awesome urologist. I had the pleasure of meeting him at Memorial Pembroke Hospital for emergency surgery that my husband needed. We visit his office to get a stent removal. Only to find ourselves with and unpleasant staff member at sign in receptionist at the window. Is extremely unprofessional and rude to his patients. You can’t call to ask a question or set up an appointment because it takes at least 15 Or more calls to get through and when you do get through it’s the same disgusting receptionist with an attitude while answering. People do have bad days but every day that’s insane. I have never experienced this in a doctors office.

Been officially waiting for over an hour...... the staff decided to close their window because of an obnoxious patient (can I blam him). They could have at least updated us on the wait time or that Dr. Reyes was going to be late. They just let us know he’s in surgery..... don’t you think they would have been proactive with contacting the patients that would be waiting while he’s “in surgery”. Now days “in surgery” is the cover all for I’m late and lack time management. Funny part is if we were an hour plus late we would have been charged a fee. Can’t wait to see how much they charge the insurance company for this waste of time.
