The manager at this store is racist , we order a stroller with a confirmation number and my mom went to go pick it up and show Gloria the store manager the information and she was looking at her crazy . This lady went as far to ask what's the baby due date. I will file a lawsuit. I would advice anyone of colour to not shop here.

The best buy buy baby in Miami, Shanti is the name of the best Person I ever met in all Miami for customer’s Service. She gave us all the info and discounts we needed for our tweens, find her and you will never be disappointed, she should be the boss, her attitude is just perfect !

I placed an order and paid for a stroller in this store. The order confirmation has arrived. The money was withdrawn from the card. A few minutes later I received an email saying that my order was canceled. They received the paid order and canceled the order themselves! And, attention (!!!) they offered to place an order again (!!!). For what???? Apparently, in order to write off the funds again! The store never returned the money, despite numerous calls from our side. I do not advise anyone to order anything in this store, you can find yourself in a situation without goods and without money.

Great overall for baby supplies, food, clothes, toys. I would like it if they sold more organic/less chemically reliant goods.
