This review is for Sadie! She is a fantastic sales person. I contacted this dealer and Sadie picked up the phone. She asked me great questions to uncover what I was really looking for. I will be honest, I kept pushing for a discount but she did not budge, at the same time, she was understanding and still kept her cool. (Sign of a great sales rep) I was on my way to another dealer to pick up a bike and my wife talked me into giving her a call back and it was smoooooth sailing from there. She sent me a picture of the bike and I mean we literally walked into the dealer and she had the paperwork ready to go. She even held our baby while we signed for the paperwork. Definitely a wonderful experience. I'm glad that I decided to go with Newport Beach Ducati and Sadie is who made it happen!

I don't always feel the need to leave a review unless something is truly exceptional or truly horrible. With Ducati Newport Beach it is the former. From beginning to end the whole process of ordering my bike, taking delivery, as well as the first service has been flawless. Aaron was extremely helpful when it came to answering the variety of questions I had about my bike. The whole team continued to answer my questions even after I had taken delivery of the bike. They helped me get the accessories I wanted as well as took care of everything I needed during my first service exceptionally well. Everything installed or done to the bike was top notch without any corners cut. I live about an hour away from this dealership, but from the moment I walked in the respect and friendly demeanor of the staff instantly made me choose this as my dealer of choice. The experience was so great that I had my brother order a bike from them as well regardless of the distance. The presentation of the store as well as the staff is truly representative of a flagship store and the brand itself. Thank you for making this purchase a great experience.
