Drove down from Canada to this UPS store today (July 17). I went to pick up a total of 4 packages but, unfortunately, they couldn't find one of them. These things happen especially given the immense amount of packages they get a day. They even invited me to search in the back with them which I appreciated. The two workers proceeded to look for over 2 HOURS straight until they finally found it (they encouraged me too grab lunch while they searched). It was a needle in a haystack situation so I was very impressed. Thank you Richard and colleague (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) for your hardwork.

Very rude clerk. I would rather buy floaties at Walmart, toss it in the river pray my items made it home then ship it through this location. 1 star

The gentleman who does the motorizations there is using an expired motorization stamp. This caused a major issue for me in both time and expense as it delayed escrow closing.and required another trip across the border (as I am Canadian and needed a U.S. notary) in order to obtain the proper notarization.

The UPS store is located on Ford Street in Ogdensburg,NY.Check the link www. trackogdensburg.com and print your last name in the box and that tells you if your parcel has arrived or you cam call UPS in NY. You have 15 days to pick up your parcel and when you pick it up in that period it will cost you $5.00.After 15 days it costs $5 for every 7 days.

No you don't need a box to have a parcel delivered to the UPS store in Ogdensburg. It cost $5 for the first 14 days and $5 for each 7 days after that. Use www.trackogdensburge.com to make sure it has beeb processed before you head to the store.
