About 2 years ago I tried getting treatment in Michigan and my experience was a complete nightmare. I came to NTC and it was a very different experience. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the facility was a very nice house instead of a hospital type feeling. They listened to my concerns, and together we figured out a really good plan for me while I was there. I can't recommend this place enough.

Following detox, many patients enter an inpatient treatment program or outpatient programs. Many find that they may have underlying mental health issues that need to be treated as well. When you arrive, please make sure you have your ID, insurance information, comfortable clothes, toiletries, current prescription medication, small amount of cash, names and contact information for family involved in your care, and cigarettes/vape if you are a smoker. If you wish to vape, we ask that any product you bring is sealed and unopened.
Our facility is on 3 acres of land in Southeast Nashville. We have multiple living rooms, kitchens, and several single bedrooms. All of our bedrooms have separate bathrooms and TVs in each room. In addition to our clinical staff, we have nurses and technicians on site 24/7.

Their experience has been with these luxury vacation type facilities that fly you out and send you home in a couple of weeks before meeting any set goals, with a bagful of psych meds. It is scary. I think this is a legitimate program in the business of recovery. Can you tell me how this would be handled, would the patient stay snd get the help needed? Are their grays to cover outstanding costs when they do not have income available to cover expenses? How does that work?
