Dr. Julie is very knowledgeable and caring. Her team and the offic staff are compassionate and very welcoming. I have relocate outside of TN several times over the past decade, but choose to keep her as my PCP. The patient portal makes it easy for me to communicate with her, and I'm able to schedule appointments at times convenient to my schedule.

I have been with this office for two years now and every time I go I experience the same issue which is they never call you back when you leave a message and never call back for test results. When dr request MRI which cost me $700 out of pockets, I deserve to now the results as soon as possible. I left 2 message so far and no one called me back.
