I would rate a 0 if was an option. They harmed me in 2018 after trusting Ryan to help me with trauma affecting recovery and arranged a place in Texas. I was more traumatized and another patient there sent by Ryan from Nashville ended up in psych ward and I literally escaped. I am still trying to work through the harm and damage it caused to include destroying a knee replacement and having to have it redone due to running to escape on new implant. They should be shut down!!!

Poorly organized “system” for getting approval of patients to spend an evening with family, had to cancel plans a couple of different times. After speaking with the housing coordinator I still came away with a vague understanding of their process and was met with resistance when I asked for any further details or suggestions on what to do.

Another auto service company told me I'd have to take my van to the dealership to fix the air. Fox Plaza got me in quickly and only charged me a little more than the other place charged to tell me they couldn't do it. I will only be using Fox Plaza moving forward and I would recommend them to everyone.
