Consistently pointed into different directions by staff. No one is EVER on the same page. Being "punished" or more like "set back" for doing EXACTLY what you've been told is a reccuring event. The ONLY THING that's GARENTEED at this clinic is making your blood pressure boil every other day. That's a fact Jack.

This is the worst transfer to a clinic I have ever had. They have lost my RoI to my former clinic and again signing a new one, it has been 2 weeks and they are trying to deny my monthly take homes I was on when I came here!! Can't get ahold of the Dr. Can't get ahold of the director. Can someone do their job before you lose another patient?!

Check out my profile picture. Come to BHG and that's what you have to look forward to literally every Saturday... the profile cropped the photo by the way, so that line keeps on going another 30 feet or so. And yes, you're seeing it right. That's the line at BHG, starting inside coming out through the parking lot to the street and down the sidewalk in front of the apartments next door. Need I say anything more?

This place is terrible , the only reason they have so many people going there is that they were the only one of its kind in all of middle tn for a long time , multiple others are open now and I have had the best experience at a new place on harding place thanks for having so many people you get tests mixed up and lie .
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
I’m glad it saved your life but the treatment of some people is horrible and unfair. All places make exceptions for handicapped and disabled people.
30-35mg
Nah just for addiction... but you can tell him that you're addicted and want help. Just don't tell em you want it for pain
What time did you go today? I went at like 11: 10 and I was in and out within 4-5 minutes. It looks like u went yesterday. I skipped yesterday so I don't know about anything that happened yesterday but normally I mean I'm usually in and out. They're hiring new nurses right now and having to train the nurses so it's been a little more of a wait at times than usual. But they also just took in 82 new patients this week alone but this is a really good clinic so as soon as they get the correct nurses hired everything should get back in running order pretty soon... FYI, There is sometimes some bickering there but I have never seen a fight so that is not a regular occurrence.
Dr foldgers is getting away w HIPPA violations.
For Mdone- $114 weekly fee + $30 physical fee= $144 your first time then $114 weekly as mentioned by Sarah. For Sbxone- ?? You pay a $ fee + you have to take the prescription to an actual pharmacy to have filled which you pay out of pocket for unless you've got insurance that pays for it.
Yes but it will cost40$ to guess dose, after you don't have to do that once I think but I can find out if needed.
There really are better options...I can tell you from personal experience that this place treats people terribly, there's no chain if you have a problem. Nobody there has any experience with addicts or their behaviors...its strictly a cash grab. So dont expect any great support or anything like that. They really could care less.
146 first visit. 114 a week. 10 extra for every failed drug screen after 30 days in program
Working people don’t have a choice
It will take a few days to build up in your system. At the 4/5 day mark you should be fine. Then it just gets better from there. Keep your head up! Ive been there almost 2 years
Yes generally you will unless you have used in the hours before your intake. If the Dr feels it would risk your health/life they will wait 24 hrs. So come in withdrawal.
Sundays and Wednesdays. 😀
Wrong. All wrong. I went into the methadone program from suboxone. You can take methadone immediately after taking suboxone. No harm no foul. You can NOT take suboxone again after taking methadone tho.You will go into precipitated withdrawls, yes, its a real thing. Ive been thru it. Almost all sub doctors will require you be 10 days post last methadone dose to start you on sub because of the risk of precip withdrawal. Sub will rip all remaining opioids off of your opiate receptors because its binding capacity is much higher. It's designed that way. But when it replaces those strong opioids, like methadone, etc. Its like sticking a square peg in a round hole, thats why it doesnt get you high. The square peg is enough to give you relief when you're round holes are all at 0 when they're used to being at 100. It makes you sick if you're at 100 or even 75 and then that 100 is ripped away and replaced with 25. Methadone is a full opiate with a long half life. Do research.
I would call first, but I dont think you have to make appointment, just arrive between 5 30 and 6 am
Along with posting on here, you might also try,& may have more success with, posting a note on the cork board in the short hallway at the lower exit door of the clinic.Theres a board attached to the wall there specifically for things like this.
Yes they take walk in most of the time .Last week the doctor was out so they had a posted notice in waiting rooms .Not sure about Subutex but I believe they do .They even take insurance or if low income just started 20 dollars a week instead of 116 ...anyway good luck wish you well on your journey.
I don't believe appts are made for new intakes. Walk-ins.If your already a patient and you have to see the dr for things like dose adjustments, etc, youll be given a appt for that, but youll just be given the day of the appt, not a time.I believe the dr works between two different clinics also,so there may be a couple days during the week where she wont be at the Nashville location so you might wanna call to verify which days the dr is in so you don't make the trip for nothing. One great thing now is you get takehomes must faster now than in previous years. Code 7 to code 6 in 30 days,6 to 5 in 30 days, etc, as long as you do what you're supposed to do.The dr is great.Ali is gone thank goodness. There are more pros than cons compared to years ago & its been 7 years for me.
A guest dose simply means if you're on vacation or attending a funeral or working in another state temporarily & its gonna make it impossible for you to dose at your clinic, you're allowed to dose at another clinic thats closest to your planned destination. So therefore you're called a guest doser.
9:00 am, is the "Creative Arts", Class, in the Group Room, every Friday. It's an hour long. Really great class, it's not even mandatory for me, but I go, anyway, it a healthy outlet for me, I'm an Artist, by nature. Hope to see you there 🙂🙂 Peace and Prayers, my friend ++ #JustForToday
I'm gonna be going 3 times a week for the next month or so and I live in gainesboro. I can give u a ride for split of gas and carware etc.
Since your coming from a non BHG I would say first of all "run" and if you must I dont think you would have to if they take the time to contact your clinic....but that's a big if.....
The fee for a new patient is $146 for the first week.Thats for the regular fee + a physical w/labs.After the first week, the fee will then drop to $114 per week. They take a couple types of insurance, but I believe you have to start out paying the fee yourself for a few weeks then the insurance company reimburses you until they get things rolling. However, you'd be better off making a personal visit to the clinic,if you dont live too far away,so you can ask the intake employee all of your insurance questions. If you live too far for that, call them and ask for Zoey.Shes over the financial stuff there. Regardless of how many days you make it to the clinic (ex- if you breakdown and cant get a ride for a couple days, attending only 5 out of the 7 days for that week) youre still required to pay for the entire week. Weekly Fee= $114 Annual Physical= $30 Failed Drug Screen= $10 Drug Screen Retest= $12 New ID= $5 Dosing Hours: M - F = 5:30-11:30 S = 6:00-9:30 S = 6:00-9:30
they do not, if you are a new patient you have to be in before 9:30AM Monday-friday
Not sure, but their site shows hours of operation then in orange print it states times may be affected due to Labor Day.Call Thur and ask to be 100% sure.
Idk about the S part, but it's Medication Assisted Treatment Something? What about Methadone Addicts Treatment Standard,jk lol!
I am sure thwy are taking new patients
Answer= NO!!! Observed UA's are normally only done if theres some form of suspicious activity noticed by your counselor which leads them to believe something fishy is going on.Another instance would be if the temp strip on your ua bottle is showing too cold/hot of a temp. They will make you do a second ua,which will definitely be observed.Im not 100% sure on the following, but I believe all new intakes are observed too??Do be aware though that your counselor can demand an observed ua at any time, but if you haven't done anything to raise a red flag, you're normally fine. They used to observe you for diversion then send your specimen off to the lab,but now they dont observe you,but when you come out of the bathroom, they do a dip test or onsite to test your sample right then.If you're dirty for something, besides methadone, you lose your takehomes right then, instead of waiting on the results to come back from the lab before losing them.Hope this helps.
No!!!!!! Patients will receive 1 takehome on Wed July 3rd since the clinic is closed Thur July 4th.You must bring a lockbox Wed or you will not be given takehome for July 4th.You also have to bring payment ($16) for that takehome unless you've already paid for that day/week.Hope this helps.
Oh wow that's expensive! I currently pay $11 a day & there is no setup fee at my clinic. I also get discounts for paying a week up front instead of day to day. That's kind of ridiculous if you truly care about people keeeping their sobriety. Good thing my clinic made an exception & went ahead & gave me my medicine for the weekend & I don't have to pay those ridiculous amounts!
Lord no lol. Like $150 to start and $114 a week there after!
$160 first week. $114 a week plus $10 for every dirty Urine Analysis after 30 days.
No they have to have the card on file and written permission. She needs to go down with you to do that with her card. I had to do this with my spouse and they know me personally. Just procedure.
Cost me like $142 to start. I'd bring a couple hundred to be safe. Best thing I ever done.
Yes. The Charlotte Ave bus will let you out in front of BHG.
Code 1= Mon & Thur Code T= Sun & Wed Code M= ??? (Code 1)= go to clinic one day per week (Code T)= go to clinic one day every two weeks (Code M)= go to clinic one day per month
Your code level= how many days you go to the clinic weekly,bi-weekly or monthly...... The following are the codes available at BHG Nashville...... (Code 7) Go to the clinic 7 days per week.0 takehomes (Code 6) Go to the clinic 6 days per week 1 takehome (Code 5) Go to the clinic 5 days per week 2 takehomes (Code 4) Go to the clinic 4 days per week 3 takehomes (Code 3 & 2) These codes have been eliminated. So once you're on code 4,your next code advancement will be to code 1 (Code 1) Go to the clinic 1 day per week 6 takehomes (Code T) Go to the clinic 1 day every two weeks 13 takehomes (Code M) Go to the clinic 1 day per month 29 takehomes Codes (M) (T) & (1) require diversion callins twice a week
I'm sure they can help.
Not sure on that. I know they have a recording when you call there, maybe try that and see if it answers your question but I hate to say it but, you may have to wait till Monday unfortunately. Don't give up or give in man. It was the best thing for me. I have been on suboxone for just over a year and I know that's not a good thing to some but for me it was a life saver. You don't need to keep putting yourself through what you have. It's truly a blessing not thinking about or depending on whatevers got you
The sooner you can have your home clinic fax the needed paper work the better. But plan on waiting for a while your first day guest dosing as the clinic has to call your home clinic and other verification steps. It takes a while sometimes so the sooner you can get the process started, the better.
They only take cash, at this time. They told me they were working on taking insurance in the coming months.
They do take private insurance but the main issue is getting the insurance company to pay. It took me a few months of arguing with my insurance to finally get them to pay as an "in network" provider. Some people have had no issues, others are like me, and some get reimbursed from the insurance company directly. Bottom line... Its not easy. UPDATE: They no longer take, insurance. You have to file for reimbursement from your provider on your own which is no easy task.
They told me that u could only have bozos in your system for the first month then they will kick you out cause it's dangerous to mix the 2 medicine but but I guess it depends on the circumstances cause I oboe people who has got kicked out for them having xanexin there system and some who are still in the program with them in there system but the people who have them in there system are on a lot lower dose then the other but they do what they want but good luck with that I just looked in the handbook and it says they have a zero tolerance for having any kind of benzos in your system after first month
I called them bc I am in the same situation as you. I was told that after going through their required classes, which can all be done in one week, that I will be able to continue the take home schedule that I'm on.
You can call or just walk in. But expect to be there awhile your first time
Yes
No get there early
It takes a couple of yrs 2 to get 30 days and you have to have all the money paid before you get your meds. That's methodone, not subs. Suboxone is a whole different program.
Normally no they don’t take insurance but special cases they do some
Should be tomorrow night after your 2nd dose stablizes
2 days usually
Most of us take BC powders the 1st couple of days. At a top but your headache should get better within the 1st couple of dates. If it doesn't switch to the wafers
No!; Unless you're on Subutex or saboxone
You. Needbto arrive at 5:30 am to start the process. Good luck, your making the right, positive, and adult decesion, you have ever made. God bless, and goodd luck. It IS what YOU MAKE IIT!!
