Yes all units are climate-controlled I don't know what the other person meant by his answer but please call them and confirm what I just said that's the beauty of CubeSmart all of your belongings all of your Treasures are kept cool and dry and safe is a very nice clean wonderful storage facility
The short answer is: yes. However to weigh in on the debate above the question asked: '... are your units [plural] climate controlled...' not "... is the facility climate controlled?" The facility is climate controlled the individual units are not climate controlled by tenants, however since the tops of the individual units are mostly open, to that extent they are also climate controlled.
