I'm a resident at the terrace . it is a good place to live you just need to let people be . when you see the other people just say hello and goodbye do not try to attend to their business . the less they know about you the better .

Had a hard time them fixing my notification alarm which would go off every hour on the hour. I wasn't getting much sleep. After about 3 months a matience person came along and finally discontinued it. But loved it other wise. Great staff in office and front desk.

They have a trash shoot, other than that I don't know, I don't live there I was a care taker and I only was there for a few hours.

Just come in and make an appointment to talk to the representative of that area she's here Monday through Friday
You only pay rent......Cathedral pay the utilities. There are two programs Market Renters and Subsidy Renters (HUD).
