I have never had an issue calling and following the menu to a live appointment setter
I cannot assess to how good Dr Arcana is, but she has worked a long time. I have been going to one of her partners for upwards of 15 years, Dr Gary Gabor, and he is very good. Also I see their PA, Layla McDaniel, who is very good. I don't feel they would partner with anyone that wasn't on the same par with them.
I don't know if they do or not but I will call them tomorrow and ask that question and once I find out the information I will post it for you
It took my sister six months. That was years ago though, it may not be that long now but it's worth the wait. I would definitely call the office and find out. Dr. Annabelle Lee at the Baptist South office on Old St Augustine Road is the best. I've been seeing her for about ten years now and recommended her to my sister.
