I have been a resident here since 2017. I have never had a problem with any neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet. The area is nice. The leasing office staff is very helpful. Ms. Rebecca is such a great asset to the complex. She is always so cheerful and always calls back if she misses my call. She is such a hardworker. Thank you Ms. Rebecca for being such a kind and cheerful person!

They do, but not many and there's a wait list. I found both the price list and income restrictions on apartments.com but if you call, they'll give you updated numbers.

I'm not sure about the two bedrooms I'm currently in a one bedroom and I pay 760$ month plus electric.
We accept Section 8, as long as the voucher will accommodate the rent of the apartment.
Depending on how much u want to spend I have a 2/2 and i pay $927.00
