I was constantly informed about my unit. Whenever I might have left the lock off I would receive a call and also my stuff was very secure while being at Cubesmart. Sadly the prices were to high for me so I had to leave

The young lady at the desk on Monday 8/22 of the Jacksonville store in Riverside, was so accommodating to me because I lost my keys. She went way out of her way to cut the lock and get me in. She was cool, calm, and totally competent!! She deserves a huge bonus.

Although this is BY FAR the priciest place in the area, it's conveniently located and has been home to our Holiday decorations & family heirlooms since 2014. Upon this latest & most outrageous rate increase, the front desk manager 'Joy' was able to negotiate the rent down a little for us! Now I won't have to move all that stuff to the newer competition in the neighborhood! 😅

They have different sizes with different prices and it does cost more to be on the ground floor give them a call and ask them what price it is for the size you need
