How can anyone else stay here when management wont stop the kids from screaming and banging doors and running around like lunatics and the front desk wont answer

The young people were very well behaved during my stay.

When we went, kids threw a glass from the 3rd floor down at the bar area and laughed and ran into a room after they had already been running around unattended. Someone could have gotten hurt.

I had a pleasant experience the corridor and open lounge area is gorgeous, and the lounge is over 21
