Comfort Inn East in Indianapolis is avery clean and has responsive staff. We went there for this past weekend July 15-17th. family reunion, several dozen family members stayed within nearby hotels, we really enjoyed our Comfort Inn stay. Their housekeeping staff was very pleasant, and eager to assist. They have an indoor pool and exercise/ gym as well on the main floor. The lobby was small but cozy. We will definitely consider staying at Comfort Inn Indianapolis on our next trip.

Clean and comfortable room with excellent service in every way. I can't say enough great things about the staff, they are friendly and very customer oriented. Stay here for a great room at a really great price and you will not be disappointed!

Despite the fact I twice presented my retired military ID, and matching credit card with my full name, an irate hotel manager called to my hotel room threatening to call the police because the name on my card didn't match my ID. What? I once again provided proof to the inept hotel clerk and at no time did I receive an apology. Lessen learned. Stay away from this DUMP!

The hotel staff was very helpful. They were booked completely and you would not have known that anything was out of the ordinary. The room and lobby was clean and well kept.
