I am giving this only 3 stars because there are so many little things wrong that could be easily fixed. The rooms and hallways are nicely painted. Good hot showers , new tub enclosures, nice artwork, very comfortable beds, great location, good AC but the carpets are filthy in rooms and hallways. At breakfast there was an attendant but the garbage can was overflowing. The pool was very cloudy the day I used it The next day it was closed. Water looked like it wasn't being checked daily. We stayed 4 days and had our electronic key card stop working 3 times where we had to go back to the front desk to get re-coded. Some of the towels need to be replaced. They are see thru. The bathroom was very nice except for a filthy switch and cover plate. The patio by the pool needs to be straightened up and kept clean. Simple fixes would make this place much better.

Addendum ** Weekday Management addressed all concerns and accommodations were made. Thank you for this great service. I now highly recommend the Best Western Plus Indianapolis -Thank you *** Bedding was clean and comfortable. Reduced lighting in room. Would like to have had luggage racks in room. The sink leaked, weekday management addressed this issue. Breakfast consists of an array of bagels, muffins and pastries, cereals, fresh make yourself waffles, biscuits, Mexican breakfast scramble and a variety of juices, coffee, teas and I especially liked fresh lemon water available all day in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay! As we registered the young lady I think her name is Milissa very nice person Hostest. Very clean and very comfortable rooms. Only thing was coffee machine, not really working that well! Taste more like water. As for the creamer 1 was out. And the other cookie creamer just didn't taste good. Over all nice stay! Was skeptical when we arrived and the elevator was down, but ended up being really pleased with this experience. Clean, functional room. Comfortable bed. PACKED with people for our Basketball Tournament, but the staff were friendly and accommodating (felt personally and observed) and the large lobby was nice for the teams to hang and congregate - politely. Other than some late night running up and down the hall from some kids, it was a great stay. Pool area was decent too. Liked its location in the annex. CAPPED OFF ONLY by the fact we left our laundry bag in our room and not only did they find it, but they held it and I was able to get it back right away. I wrote it off almost immediately when we realized leaving it behind. Nice job BW Plus team.
