I had a rough time here, and I'll try to be brief with my reasons: 1) The food was not good. Eggs were watery, sausage and bacon were extremely greasy. I ate waffles and yogurt all week because those were good. 2) Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I was tossing and turning all night, and I slept in three different rooms (more on this later). 3) Service was good when I arrived, but it got worse as time went on. When I checked out, the lady at the desk didn't say anything but "thank you". She didn't ask about my stay, wish me well on my travels. She just didn't seem to care. Special shoutout to Devin, though, who was great to me whenever I saw him. 4) My biggest issue was when I started experiencing issues with my room at 3:00 AM. I voiced the concern to staff member. She was quick to assign me another room that very night, but I had to sleep in that room that night, then move to another room the next night because I guess nothing else was available. The parking lot didn't look particularly full, so I was a little confused by this. All told, I stayed in three rooms during my 5-day stay. Every mattress was uncomfortable. 5) Noise complaints - one night, there was a large group of people making a lot of noise in the hall past quiet hours. Another night, someone was loudly banging on a nearby door during quiet hours. This isn't directly the hotel's fault; however, when there's only what looked to be one staff member on call at any given time, it's near impossible to prevent these issues from occurring. I shouldn't have to complain about noise for 40% of my stay. 6) Overall atmosphere. The place seems like it hasn't had a face lift in a long time. Worn out chairs in the lobby, old and unappealing carpet, and one of the rooms I had wasn't completely cleaned up before I arrived. In short - kudos to some of the staff for being kind and cooperative, but this hotel could use a face lift on their food, mattresses, and décor. I can't recommend it at this time.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. Everyone that works here is super friendly! They accommodated my requests quickly. They were very tolerant of the crowd that descended for June 3-6 :) The hotel is dated but the price reflects that and it did not bother me at all. The bed was comfy, nice bathroom, we swam in the pool twice which was a treat. I would definitely stay here again for the price!

The location was convenient, but the hotel was dirty, dark, and dreary! The pull-out couch was DISGUSTING and needs to be replaced! The bed was like sleeping on a lumpy floor, hard and very uncomfortable. There was an extremely pungent mildew smell in the bathroom and hair stuck in the shower curtain. The entire hotel was so loud that even with the uncomfortable bed there was little chance of getting any quality sleep! The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the stay was not pleasant! I would not recommend this location! Hilton really needs to do some work here to bring this hotel up to the standards of a Hilton location!!

I would not at all recommend this hotel! It was not clean, the room was horrible. The beds were dreadful. No hot water in the sink in the bathroom. The heat and air would go up and down on its own. We would freeze then sweat. If I could give a negative star it would be a negative 5 star. The breakfast was horrible as well. The juice was hot, the food was not good. Very dated. Hampton Inn is one of my favorite hotels across the country. NOT NOT NOT THIS ONE!
