I am Very disappointed in the quality & the service. I had the side panel fall off only months after I purchased & was quoted around $700.00 for Continental to replace/install. Totally ridiculous.. I paid top dollar & no service or help to resolve. I’ll never buy Hot Springs again

Great staff that are very patient with my many questions. Couldn't be happier with our new pool.

We were initially nervous to move into a home with a pool, but Continental Pool & Spa has made it an easy transition. They helped with opening the pool after winter and were very kind in teaching us the basics of pool maintenance. We have 3 small children, so they also installed a fence around the pool. The fence looks great and we feel much better knowing the kids are safe. They have been incredibly helpful, and I would highly recommend them for any pool needs!

Questions & Answers

Do you carry Clorox pool and spa water clarifier?

Yes they do

My pool recently turned cloudy. I used an off brand PH minus - would this have caused it. What do I do to clear it up again?

Some off brand pool/spa water balancing chemicals have weaker components than others but without knowing your situation it is difficult to give you a correct answer. I would recommend bringing them a sample of your water to thoroughly test what action(s) you need to take.

I think it depends on what is needed. It might be a cost effective issue.
