Room was clean and quiet. A little hard to find at first. You have to go into the Marriot center entrance and wind your way through parking to get to the Fairfield building. Look carefully on maps, zoom in on the satellite view and you’ll see.

Room was a spacious suite but showing its age in some ways . Problem we had was ants in the coffee station/mini fridge area--which had no light source by the way. The only remedy offered was to spray but we wouldn't have been able to sleep there! They could have gotten ant traps easily but refused. No hooks in the shower area to keep towel handy and shower curtain was 1 foot above the shower base so water everywhere. Pros: very nice lobby area and extensive breakfast choices. Unfortunately, one ice machine on only 3rd floor.

Chad is everything this company needs in a leader. From the moment we walked in the door, he was personable and accommodating. I hope his work ethic and eagerness to help is noticed and appreciated by his superiors. The hotel is clean and safe and we will absolutely be back to see Chad and Marriott when in Indy again. Had a GREAT stay. Super friendly and accommodating front desk staff, good breakfast and loved my room. The fitness center was perfect, clean and everything worked(often not the case!). I was sad I forgot my bathing suit- the pool looked great. I was in town on business for a few days and felt very comfortable traveling alone and walking over to the Marriott for dinner each night.
