I really wanted to enjoy this hotel but everything was out of order. I specifically booked this hotel because it has a hot tub. It was out of order all weekend. We wanted to enjoy the firepit in their beautiful courtyard. It wasn't working. Our room didn't get cleaned once in our four day stay. The rooms are too small for a king sized bed. You have to squeeze through a four inch gap between the bed and tv stand. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly but I'll probably choose a different hotel next time.

Positive: The location was excellent. Most of the rooms are well appointed and functioning well. Negative: The jets in the hot tub did not work very well, the temperature control in the room did not work properly.

Positive: Staff at the front desk was amazing , check in process was simple , room was very clean . Bed was super comfy ! Breakfast was great , one of the hotels that actually have a hot breakfast ! Highly recommend. Will stay again ! Negative: Light dusting on shelves would be awesome but that doesn¿t take away from my great stay !

The set up of our room was excellent! Both of our bathrooms were full baths and so convenient. The set up was perfect for our family. They had everything you would need to be away from home. It was so relaxing we literally wanted to hang out in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only flaw is the pool not being heated. Excellent stay, would highly recommend.
