Hotel amenities are nice and updated as well as the items in the rooms. Tv, fridge, microwave were nice to have. However the rooms/bathrooms have wear and tear and weren't cleaned very well. We had ants in our room/bed and evidence of floors not being cleaned. We had multiple families in our group staying on different floors sharing they had same or worse. Adult beverages were sitting around the entrance and parking lot. It was not worth the amount we paid.

A two because one of the housekeeping staff (early morn arrival, younger lady) held the elevator and welcomed me AND the gentleman who runs the breakfast operation is always great. Without these employees I’m not ever staying her again. Front desk personnel in the morning go out of their way to not acknowledge you while being on the their phone, ear buds or in a magazine. The thermostat is controlled by ?? That almost rules this hotel out completely. Lastly, you have to ask for housekeeping on a daily basis or they don’t come…. Last state in the US to still be on this practice. I like the Hilton Brand, I’ve been a Diamond member for many years... I like Embassies, but this one is a brand destroyer. They are lucky to have the two employees i mentioned above otherwise I would never come back.

Nice and extremely clean! Customer service was amazing. It's in a great location!! We stayed to celebrate our 6 year old son's birthday during covid (he loves staying at nice hotels lol). The Rooms were very impressive. They were remodeling while we were here but we still enjoyed our time. We will be back soon!!

Front desk staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Using the app is helpful for checking in and unlocking your room electronically. Place is clean and quiet. Very nice complimentary breakfast buffet with made to order omelets.Had a great stay.
